Once you generate content with AI features, the purchase is treated as consumed and refunds may be restricted under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. For monthly plans, a full refund is available within 7 business days if there is no usage history; once the service has been used, the current month is non-refundable. For annual plans, a full refund is available within 7 business days if there is no usage history; once the service has been used, we deduct the elapsed period on a monthly basis — calculated at the plan's standard monthly rate, not the discounted annual rate — and refund the balance, and an early-termination fee may apply.

You have two options: (1) Pay the price difference immediately and receive the corresponding credits right away — your existing balance carries over. (2) Schedule the change to take effect at the next billing cycle.

The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Until then, you keep your current plan's benefits and remaining balance.

Yes. You pay the annual fee minus what you've already paid in the current cycle, and receive the annual credits minus what you've already received. Your next billing date resets to the start of the annual term.

Yes. Workspace admins can set per-user credit limits in the settings to manage overall team spending.

Owner / Admin can edit files, manage workspace settings, billing, and invite team members. Members can edit files but cannot access settings, billing, or team management. Guests can access individual canvas files shared with them in edit or view-only mode.

Yes. Everything you create on ShoeCatch belongs to you — including content made with free credits. You retain all rights to your designs, concepts, and original ideas. Unless you give us your consent, all images and designs remain fully private.

No. Your data is never used for AI model training. All user-generated content remains private and, unless we have requested your separate consent, is used solely to deliver the service.
